This is in recognition to the different people, media and events that have made Citizen Arab a solid reality. Ever since the outbreak of the protests Jerusalem, 2000, following the visit of then deputy, Ariel Sharon, more and more people found themselves dumbfounded by the death of innocent Palestinians not making the headlines.

This could only mean, some "new" interest has gained hold or some opposite party is minimizing, to the extent of eliminating specific news content.

Lately, in the wake of the Jenin Massacare took its toll, a lot of people decided it was time for action. Not using weapons, but rather the pen.

Sites of inspiration included, quite surprisingly, Honest Reporting, a pro-Israel action group, which made it evident for the need to counter such a "coordinated group of individuals", determined to justify the absurd.

Electronic Intifada is a site that deserves most of the credit.
